Supervision

Trained in the Clarkson model, our therapists work integratively to support and guide mental health professionals towards developing their clinical skills, gaining insight into their work, and improving their self-awareness.

Couples Therapy

Therapy sessions are designed to help you as a couple improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your relationships. We work collaboratively with both of you to implement positive changes.

Students/Young Person Therapy

We believe that everyone should have access to the support they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. That's why we offer therapy services at discounted rates, so that cost never becomes a barrier to getting the help you deserve.

Recurring Billing

Your personal time should be yours to do with what you want, so to save you hassle, Relational Counselling offers Recurring billing for our Individual and Couples Therapy services. Freeing you up to focus on what’s important!

You take care of your well-being and let us take care of everything else.

At Relational Counselling, we allow you to have control over your recovery, empowering you with the ability to choose whether you would like to complete a short course of weekly counselling or have longer-term psychotherapy. 

For couple sessions, we work slightly differently, with a six fortnightly session focus. Often couples coming to therapy find this helpful to learn new tools for better communication, friendship and intimacy. Giving you enough time and space to make progression at a comfortable pace.
